Chef Wayne gave us a fantastic dining experience for my wife's 40th birthday party! The food was all delicious, and portion sizes were enormous. His beet salad was perfectly prepared, and I'm not even a huge salad person. We asked if he could get good avocados, since we just moved to the area from California, and he actually sourced California avocados for the Avo Toast (which was an over the top preparation also). He paid close attention to all the food sensitivities in the group, and even distinguished different sets of sensitivities for different individuals, creating a few special dishes for one person in particular. He made just the right amount of fun conversation with several of us, and was happy to answer any questions for any guests as he was preparing the meal. A nice thing too was that even though he and his assistant chef took over the kitchen, he was happy to make room if we needed to pop in for something, and helped me wash some berries I had brought for a few little kids in the group. Overall, a delicious meal and wonderful experience. The food was probably better than most restaurants in our area, and was prepared right in our home. Would definitely hire Chef Wayne again!
